Kalkan was occupied by the Greeks for a long time and is surrounded by the mountain massive Taunus. Small fishing harbour and small beach in Kalkan. A few kilometers away is the Petara harbour which can be reached from Kalkan by minibus. There is a market every Thursday morning. Organized trips to the blue caves on the island of Kekova.
