Location Description
Small holiday resort 5 km from the sea, 54 km from Marmaris, 80 km from Fethiye. In the resort: grocers, butchers, bakers, boutiques. For arrivals by plane: airport Dalaman (DLM) 30 km. The "Iztuzu" sandy beach 5 km away can be reached by boat through a delta of reeds with winding canals and over 1510 species of bird, past the famous rocky valleys of the Lykier. The beach is a particular attraction as it is the breeding ground for the Caretta turtle which hatches between May and October. The area around Dalyan is a large nature reserve.
