Built in 1972 and renovated in 2004, the hotel comprises a total of 106 apartments spread over 7 floors. Amongst the facilities count a small foyer with 24-hour reception, a lift and a café. There is also a bar and an air-conditioned restaurant on offer to guests.

Public transport departs from a stop located directly in front of the hotel.
