Building Description
House "Fí del Mon", on the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Cala'n Porter, in a quiet, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant 150 m, sandy beach 500 m, rocky beach 150 m. There is a disco in a grotto, approx 300 m. The house is situated on the cliffs and has been constructed out of stone on the 1st line to the sea.

Location Description
Small resort, in the southern part of the island, 12 km west from Mahón. In the resort: supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. Access: access via a good road. Ciutadella 40 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Mahón (MAH) 6 km. Part of "Les Cales Coves" which represent one of the most picturesque places of the island. In the area there is a necropolis of the Iron Age with approx 40 caves carved in the rocks.
