Description of the Hotel
The air-conditioned hotel was opened in the year 2006 and comprises a total of 32 rooms on 2 floors, of which 3 are suites, 2 are single rooms and 27 are double rooms. There are conference facilities and an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a currency exchange facility and a hotel safe. For a fee guests can use the WLAN Internet access, the laundry service and cycle hire, and parking is available for those arriving by car. For guests' refreshment there is a bar, a cafeteria and a restaurant.
Location Description
The hotel is located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca, just a few metres from all the major streets and squares of the city, including the shopping streets of Sant Miquel, Olms, Ramblas, Cort Square, Plaza Mayor and Plaza España, as well as the island's commercial centre and the cathedral. From the hotel guests can easily visit all the attractions that Mallorca has to offer, such as white sandy beaches, magnificent golf courses, mountain villages and other places attractive to tourists. Palma de Mallorca International Airport is around 10 km from the hotel.
Description of the rooms
The comfortable rooms have a view of the old town and are particularly bright, with large windows with typical Mallorcan wooden shutters. The rooms each come with an en suite bath with rain shower and hairdryer. As well as a direct dial telephone, a satellite TV, broadband Internet access, air conditioning (individually adjustable), heating (centrally regulated), a room safe and double beds. In the suites there is also extra living space and 2 relaxation rooms wit a terrace, where guests can relax for a few hours.

From the airport it is approximately 10 km to the hotel. The journey lasts around 20 minutes depending on how it is made. First drive onto the PM-19 and drive around 600 m to the second set of traffic lights, then turn right onto the ""Avenida de Gabriel Almoer I Villalonga"". After 500 m turn right again on the ""Avenida de Alexandre Rosello"", then drive past the Plaza de España, keep the station on the right-hand side and after 300 m turn right into ""Felix Meravelles"". 100 m further turn right onto ""Calle del trente un de Desembre"". Calle San Miguel. 100 m further turn right onto ""Calle Reina Esclaramunda"". After another 100 m take a left onto Calle Francesc de Borja Moll. Cross the pedestrian zone and there is a sign for the hotel car park at the end of the road. Guests may call the hotel at any time if they have any further queries. If the car has a navigation system, enter ""Calle Can Macanet 1A"" or in Mallorcan ""Carrer Can Macanet 1A).
