Description of the Hotel
The hotel building was constructed in 1975 and renovated in 2004. It consists of 5 floors in the main building and 7 one-storey apartment buildings with a total of 94 rooms, of which 10 are singles, 84 are doubles and 59 are apartments. The hotel also enjoys a spacious garden. The hotel facilities include a lobby with a lift, a TV room, a currency exchange desk, a cloak room, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, a lounge, a games room, a playground, bicycle rental as well as a car park and a public garage. Dining options include a café, a homely bar, an air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant. Location Description
This beach hotel, which is situated on a main thoroughfare on the cliffs above the bay of Cala Santanyi, lies within metres of the sea and 100 m from the nearest sandy beach where sun loungers and parasols may be hired for an additional fee. Cala Santanyí lies in the southeast of the island, 45 km from the airport and 55 km from the island's capital, Palma. Far from the tourist hordes, this hotel is located in uniquely beautiful surroundings in an attractive, quiet, wooded neighbourhood. Santanyí, the main town, lies 4 km away and to the east, on the coast, lies Cala Lombards followed by Cala S'Almonia and Calo d'es Moro set in natural surroundings, and bordered on either side by Rafal and S'Avall, a protected nature reserve. Just 3 km to the west lies Cala Figuera, a picturesque fishing harbour, followed by Cala Mondrago nature reserve. Various restaurants and bars are located in the vicinity (200 m). Public transport connections are only a stone's throw away from the hotel.

The comfortable rooms are equipped with satellite TV, a fridge, a ceiling fan, central heating (depending on the season) and a balcony, and most of them have sea views.

On leaving the airport follow the signs to Santanyí on PM-19 which will take you through Campos to Santanyí. On arrival in Santanyí turn right along the ring road until you come to the Cala Figuera/Cala Santanyí junction and turn right. At the next roundabout turn right again off the Cala Figuera road down to Cala Santanyí. When you come to a stone well at the bottom of the valley turn right (following the signs) and you will find the hotel some 500 metres up the road on the left.
