Description of the Hotel
This complex consists of 24 apartments spread over five floors. It has a 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out service, lift, and laundry service (subject to fees), while on the ground floor a restaurant and bar can be found. It was completely refurnished in 2007.
Location Description
This complex is located in Santa Eulalia, with a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Nightlife opportunities, public transport links and the bus station can also be found in the immediate vicinity. The beach is just 200 meters from the hotel, the port is only 150 meters away. Ibiza Airport is some 15 km away.
Description of the rooms
The ample apartments are between 40 and 50 m², and come with a bedroom with either one double bed or two singles, a sitting room with sofa bed, a TV with satellite channels, hi-fi system, direct dial telephone, radio, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities), a bathroom with hydro-massage shower, individually-adjustable air conditioning and heating, a safe deposit box, and either a balcony or terrace.

The nearby beach is sandy.
