This apartment complex was built in 1982 and completely renovated in 2002. The complex comprises 70 apartments spread over 6 floors. Facilities include a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 3 lifts, a safe and a large TV/lounge room. The complex also offers a café bar and an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. A doctor is available on call and guests may also take advantage of the Internet connection.
Location Description
This apartment hotel has a central location in one of Ibiza Town's side streets. The harbour and the famous old town with its many winding alleys and countless entertainment venues are all to be found within 300 m of the hotel. Various restaurants, bars and shops are also close at hand. The nearest beach is 2 km from the hotel (by ferry) and a stop for the local public transport is located just 400 m from the hotel.
