Description of the Hotel
The complex, which was renovated in 2005, has 8 individual villas, each one a home away from home situated in 16,000 m² of beautiful gardens, where guests can enjoy peace and quiet in natural surroundings. For guests' comfort and convenience a WLAN system was recently installed in the complex, ensuring that guests are never out of touch with the rest of the world. It has a lobby with a hotel safe. Conference facilities also feature. Towels and sheets are provided as well as a weekly cleaning service. Room service is also offered. Guests arriving by car may like to avail of the parking facilities on offer.

This residential complex is situated in La Eliana, a quiet, peaceful location perfect for spending a relaxing holiday in unique surroundings while still within easy reach of the city of Valencia. Valencia is a modern, dynamic city with a splendid historic centre. To get full value from a visit there, plenty of time is a must. This complex is the ideal choice as a base from which to explore the area. Close by guests will also find a variety of leisure and sporting activities and of course Valencia's wonderful beaches. Valencia itself is about 13 km away. Valencia Airport is just 6 km away, while Norte Airport is 13 km away. Alicante Airport is 180 km away. Links to public transport can be found in the immediate vicinity while the nearest underground station is less than 2 km away. Shopping opportunities and dining can also be found nearby. Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias is some 20 km away, while the America's Cup Port is 15 km away. Natural Park Albufera is approximately 25 km away.
Description of the rooms
A villa consists of 4 airy bedrooms with capacity for up to 7/8 people (1 double room, 2 twin rooms and 1 single room, although it is possible to add an extra bed), 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living/dining room, and 2 spacious terraces. Double beds come as standard in all the rooms. Each private house has its own brick barbecue and satellite TV. To make a stay there even more convenient each kitchen is fully equipped with a sizeable fridge, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, and washing machine. An iron and ironing board also come as standard. The units also have individually adjustable air conditioning, as well as a safety deposit box. Cots are available free of charge on request.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The pool area with 2 swimming pools is the best place to refresh during the long hot sunny days, to unwind at the end of a working day or just to relax. Sun loungers are available to guests free of charge. Guests can take advantage of the leisure facilities and relieve the stress of the day with a dip in the pool or a quick game of tennis. Guests can then finish off with a quick tone up in the gym or let off steam in the sauna. There is also a Jacuzzi. For those who cherish the simple things in life, a bike ride in and around the complex comes highly recommended. Guests can unwind at the complex, pausing occasionally for refreshments from the poolside bar, before then enjoying an exciting evening in the city of Valencia. The nearest golf course is just 3 km away. Table tennis, basketball, badminton and darts also feature.

On the A7 motorway from Barcelona: take the western bypass (direction Valencia Oeste circunvalación). Take exit no. 497 direction Ademuz and from this dual carriage-way take exit nº 11 (San Antonio de Benagéber/Riba Roja NOT Bétera) following the signs to San Antonio de Benagéber. After passing through the village (about 500m) you will arrive at a roundabout with a red wagon in the centre. The complex is situated on the right-hand side of this roundabout (black gate) Calle Oasis. From Alicante or on the A3 from Madrid: follow signs to Barcelona (not Valencia centre). Take exit nº 497 direction Ademuz. From this dual carriage-way take exit nº 11 (San Antonio de Benagéber/Riba Roja NOT Bétera) following the signs to San Antonio de Benagéber. After passing through the village (about 500m) you will arrive at a roundabout decorated with a red wagon. The complex is situated on the right-hand side of this roundabout (black gate) Calle Oasis.
