Description of the Hotel
Fully renewed in 2007, El Fuerte Hotel offers a total of 263 rooms. Between other facilities it has a 4,000 m² garden, foyer with 4 lifts and 24-hour reception desk, piano bar with terrace offering daily live music, restaurant with terrace, beach restaurant serving rice and fish specialities, social lounges, a shop, TV room, Internet corner and WIFI access (both with fee), mini club (July-August), garage (fee) and limited free car park.
Location Description
Hotel located on the beach front of El Fuerte and in the heart of Marbella, only 100m from the resort centre and 30m from public transport links. The nearest golf course is around 4km away and Málaga airport 56km away.
Description of the rooms
All rooms are centrally air conditioned and equipped with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV with a LCD Monitor of 20" in the standard rooms and 26" in the suite rooms, music channel, Internet access, mini bar, kettle, hire safe and a balcony. There are free cots available and 4 rooms adapted for disabled persons.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, indoor heated pool (in winter season), sun beds by the pool and on the beach (fee). Also, there is a fully equipped sport centre with sauna and Turkish bath; and the Miramar SPA & Beauty Centre. Special discount rates are offered in most of the golf courses in the area.
