Situated in a quiet area of Xeraco Beach, the hotel is just 80 m from the beach. The area of El Grau de Gandia (beach) is 5 km away. In the surroundings there are restaurants, bars and shops. The nearest golf course Oliva Nova Golf is 20 km away.
Description of the rooms
The apartments, all with a terrace facing south, have one bedroom with 2 single beds, a fully equipped bathroom, living-dining room with a sofa bed for 2 persons and TV (local charge and on request). They also come with a fully equipped kitchen with hobs, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, washing machine and utensils.

The resort has a large outdoor swimming pool with lawn area and tennis course.

The keys are to be collected from the office of Espatur in Xeraco, Avda. Borrons 44. The collection hours in summer are from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Saturday, and 5:00pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday; and in winter are from 5:00pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Friday, plus Saturday and Sunday in the morning. Upon arrival a refundable breakage deposit will be required as guarantee for the good use of facilities.
