Description of the Hotel
Opened in 2004, this hotel comprises a total of 266 rooms spread over 11 floors, most of which are doubles, doubles with sea views and junior suites. Amongst the facilities count a 24h reception with safe, lifts, two restaurants (one buffet service and another one à la carte), a lobby bar, a café, a TV room, a pub, wireless Internet access, room service, meeting and banqueting rooms, cinemas, shopping area, car park, business and events centre and a casino (open from March till November). Most of these services incur a local charge and some of the facilities may not be fully operational during the season.
Location Description
Located in-front of the beach, this spa and conference hotel is also a casino resort and lies in the tourist centre of Playa de Gandia, roughly 4 km from Gandía city and 50 minutes from Valencia and its airport. Many different bars and restaurants are to be found a few minutes' walk away (about 100 m) and links to the public transport network are approximately 200 m from the hotel. The beach and sea are a stone's throw away (250 m) and El Grao de Gandía is 1.5 km away where guests can find several kind of shops.

All of them have bathrooms with a hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and Internet access (local charge). There is also a minibar, central heating, air-conditioning, a hire safe and terrace.

In the outdoor complex there is a swimming pool, a children's pool, sun loungers and towel service (with deposit) and a poolside bar in summer. Further leisure options include a Spa & Wellness Centre (local charge) with sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool with water jets, massage service, gym and relax area. The nearest golf course is about 15 km away.

The health spa, cinema, casino, shopping centre and public car park are subject to a local charge and are managed by independent companies not connected to the hotel. Opening hours depend on the season. Guests may check in from 3 pm and are required to check out by 12 midday. Half-board includes breakfast and dinner.
