Description of the Hotel
Surrounded by gardens and suitable for couples, families and those who love to play golf, this hotel, which was renovated in 2006, comprises various buildings with over 242 rooms spread over 2 or 6 floors, 127 of which are superior double rooms (junior suites), 89 are suites and 21 are residence suites (suites with two bathrooms). Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, lifts, a newspaper stand, various shops, a games room, a TV room, conference facilities, a garage, a kids club (4-12 years) and a children's play area. The hotel dining facilities include a café, a pub, a bar, a juice bar and 3 air-conditioned restaurants. It is also possible for guests to make use of the in-house laundry and room services as well as the Internet access (WLAN). Some of these services incur a local charge.
Location Description
The complex, situated in the Urb Oliva Nova Golf, is located right beside the sea, with a 20 km-long natural sand dune beach, and also offers spa, golfing, and conference facilities. It is also very close (only 6 km away) to Oliva city, where guests can find numerous shopping facilities as well as various bars and restaurants. The town of Denia is around 18 km from the hotel and Valencia just 90 km away.
Description of the rooms
The hotel has several types of rooms, all of them with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV and Internet access. The rooms also include a Playstation, a minibar, air conditioning, central heating, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace. The modern superior rooms (junior suites) are twins/doubles and have a terrace with a beautiful view. The golf suites (suites) have a bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa-bed as well as a terrace with a beautiful view. The residence suites (suites with two bathrooms) have, as well as the living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. The hotel also has 32 rooms with a private swimming pool and sun bathing area (check with your travel agency for supplements and availability). Each of the apartments come with a combined bedroom/ lounge area and a separate bedroom. The suites offer separate living space and sleeping areas.
Entertainment and sports facilities
Leisure facilities include a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool bar (opening times dependant on weather). Parasols and pool towels are also provided. There are 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle tennis courts, beach volleyball, and golf facilities on offer. Guests may also try out water aerobics as well as surfing and sailing in the high season. The spa centre (for guests of 16 years and older) offers an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a gym, a Finnish sauna, a women's sauna and a Turkish steam room. For an additional fee a massage service, physiotherapy, Thalasso therapy, Balneotherapy, Tibetan Ayurveda treatments and a cosmetic salon are also offered. The nearest golf course is some 300 m away. An equestrian centre is located around 6 km from the hotel, where guests may try horse riding.
