Built in 2001, the beach hotel offers a total of 321 double rooms, which are spread over 5 floors. Amongst the hotel's modern facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception and lifts, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom, a TV room and parking facilities. Dining options include a café, 2 inviting bars and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. In addition, guests have the opportunity to take advantage of the laundry service and there is also a doctor on call. For younger guests there is a kids club and a playground.

This hotel enjoys a wonderful location next to beach by Playa de las Salinas. The tourist centre, with numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars are situated just a few paces from the hotel. It is just 5 metres to the nearest public transport connection. The nearest golf course about 6 kilometres from the hotel.
