Description of the Hotel
Built in 2000, this apartment complex comprises a 5-storey main building and 4 annexe buildings with a total of 316 apartments. The complex offers guests use of a lift, a small supermarket and a bar. Additional facilities include a restaurant with a sun terrace as well as a bakery. Guests may park their cars in the car park or the garage (located in the surrounding area, additional fee applies). There is also a playground for younger guests.
Location Description
This centrally located apartment complex is located at the heart of the picturesque town of Santa Margarita, with water on 2 sides of the complex. An abundance of shops as well as restaurants and bars are to be found just a stone's throw away from the hotel (1 km away). The nearest beach is 1.8 km away and Gerona airport is some 70 km from the hotel.
Description of the rooms
All of the modern apartments come with an en suite bathroom, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a fridge, a double bed (or 2 single beds) and a furnished balcony or terrace. The modern apartments for 4/6 have dining room with 2 individual sofa-beds or 1 double, 2 double rooms, en suite bathroom, an American kitchenette and a terrace. All include a washing machine and T.V.
Entertainment and sports facilities
Various facilities are available to guests including a freshwater swimming pool with children's pool, a snack bar and a Jacuzzi. Sports enthusiasts may try out diving or minigolf at locations on the apartment complex on payment of an additional fee.
