Description of the Hotel
This 4-storey hotel is housed in a building that dates back to 1890 that underwent renovation work in the year 2000. There are a total of 6 apartments on offer to guests. Room service is available and there is a car park to be found close by for those arriving by car (fees apply).
Location Description
The apartments are located at the heart of Valencia just 300 m from the railway station and 3 minutes walk from the city centre and the top tourist sights. The famous district of the Ciudad de las Artes is a mere 10 minutes drive away and the city airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel whilst it is 170 km to Alicante airport. It is just 1 minute to restaurants, bars and the nearest links to the public transport network and 5 minutes to an array of shopping venues.
Description of the rooms
The apartments cater for up to 4 persons and each come with individually controllable air conditioning and heating, a room with 2 single beds, spacious wardrobes, a kitchenette with a ceramic cooker, an extractor fan, an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and a dishwasher. Further room features include a dining table with 4 chairs, household items, dishes, plates, pots and pans, a salt pot and tea towels. The living area has a sofa bed (135 cm wide), satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system and a table. A full bathroom, basin, bidet, bath and towels come as standard, as do bed sheets, covers, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

The reception desk is manned until 8 pm, so guests should please call if they will be arriving later (+34 655 859 736). The apartments must be vacated by 3 pm on the day of departure. Should guests arrive early, the hotel staff should be informed so that they may pick them up. The apartment should be vacated by 12 pm. Departure is possible after 8 pm on payment of a fee (30 EUR), but this must be arranged in advance so that the next guests do not arrive before the departure of their predecessors. The apartments should be left clean and in the condition in which they were at the start of guests' stay so that the next guests may also enjoy a pleasant stay. Further regulations: the price includes two towels and bed linen. A cleaning service may be taken advantage of (12 EUR per hour; please pay directly for this service). A fee of 15 EUR applies should guests lose their room key. Water and electricity are included in the price. Unspecified services are available on payment of additional fees. In general, pets are not permitted.
