Description of the Hotel
The building was built in 1985 and completely renovated in the year 2000. It has 121 rooms on 11 floors in total, including 118 doubles and 3 suites. Guests are offered a large, relaxing garden, a spacious lobby with lifts, safes, a currency exchange desk, a cloakroom and a 24-hour reception. In addition, there is a TV room, a café, a cosy bar, a pub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. Business guests may make use of the conference room and the Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services. The hotel has its own car park as well as a garage for guests arriving by car.
Location Description
This sophisticated luxury hotel is centrally located in the shopping and entertainment centre of Madrid, near the Plaza Castilla. An abundance of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops as well as great tourist attractions are within easy walking distance or can be reached on public transport. The nearest underground station 'Chamartín' can be found in the neighbourhood. There is easy access to the airport and the exhibition centre either by making use of public transport or by hotel transfer service.
Description of the rooms
The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a lounge area and telephone. Satellite/cable TV, a radio and Internet access also come as standard. Furthermore they are equipped with central heating, air conditioning, a minibar, a fridge and a safe.
