Description of the Hotel
Built in 1921, this hotel was renovated in 2006 and comprises a total of 105 rooms spread over 9 floors. Guests are welcomed in the foyer with 24-hour reception desk, a safe, lifts and a currency exchange counter. The air-conditioned hotel includes a bar and a restaurant with highchairs for children. In addition to this, public Internet access via WLAN is also offered, as is a laundry service.
Location Description
This hotel is located in a wonderful town house, which is crowned with a dome. It is situated in the heart of Madrid with plenty of sightseeing attractions within quick and easy reach of the hotel with public transport. The three most famous museums of the city, the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofía Museum and the Thyssen Bornemisza Museum can all easily be reached on foot.
Description of the rooms
The rooms have been maintained in a typically Spanish style and offer a pleasant atmosphere as well as all conveniences required to meet guests' needs. They all come with en suite bathroom with hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio and Internet access. In addition, a minibar, a double bed, a hire safe and a balcony or terrace are also included as standard. Air conditioning and heating are individually regulated.
