The hotel was built in 1969 and renovated in 1996 and consists of a total of 224 rooms over 8 floors of which 112 are doubles. The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, several conference rooms, a games room and a bar. The air-conditioned restaurant invites guests to enjoy their cuisine. Those arriving by car may take advantage of the hotel's car park and garage. A room and laundry service round off the facilities on offer at the hotel.

This hotel is located close to the centre of Benidorm and is just 350 metres from the beach. Many public transport links are to be found in the surrounding area.
