Description of the Hotel
The hotel was built in 1995 and renovated in 2002. It has a total of 243 rooms on 10 floors of which 229 are doubles and 14 are suites. The facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a safe, lifts, a café, a newspaper stand, a bar, a games room, an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area (children's highchairs available on request), a conference room, Internet access, bicycle hire, car parking facilities and a garage. In addition there are room and laundry services available.
Location Description
The hotel is located directly in the tourist centre a mere 200 m from the beach and the marina. It is a stone's throw from the resort's centre including scores of shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport. The airport is 25 km away.
Description of the rooms
The en suite rooms are attractive and decorated in a maritime style. They are fitted with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a mini-fridge, tiling, air conditioning, a safe and a balcony.
Entertainment and sports facilities
The hotel features an indoor swimming pool, a swimming pool with a pool bar, sun loungers, parasols, a Jacuzzi, a steam room, 2 tennis courts (part of a neighbouring hotel and available for an additional fee), table tennis, a gym, pool, snooker and a golf course nearby. There are deck chairs and parasols available on the sandy beach and an entertainment programme rounds off the hotel's offerings.

Coming from the Airport: Leave the airport towards the EN 125 main road and follow this in the direction of Portimão. Drive for approximately 15 km and turn left in the direction of Quarteira/Vilamoura. After 5 km and inside Quarteira turn right at the roundabout towards Vilamoura. Once in Vilamoura follow the signposts indicating "Hotéis". The Hotel is next to the marina, on the left hand side. Coming by the A2 motorway: At the end of the A2 motorway enter Via do Infante (Algarve motorway) direction Faro. Take the exit signposted Boliqueime/ Vilamoura/ Loulé, and once past the intersection continue straight on in the direction of Boliqueime. Arriving at "Fonte de Boliqueime" turn left at the traffic lights on to the EN125 main road, in the Faro direction. After approximately 3 km turn right onto a road signposted Vilamoura. Once in Vilamoura follow the signposts indicating "Hotéis". The Hotel is next to the marina, on the left hand side.
