Built in 2002, this complex comprises a total of 52 accomodations. 20 villas V3 with 3 bedrooms, 14 T2 apartments, 6 T1 apartments and 12 T2 deluxe apartments, build in July 2007. Various facilities are on offer including a bar as well as a car park for those arriving by car.

This apartment complex is located close to the town of Pêra where guests will discover many shopping and entertainment venues. Links to the public transport network lie about 500 m away and it is 2 km to the nearest beach.

There is a freshwater swimming pool in the outdoor complex as well as a tennis court.

When you are at the end of the street you turn to the left and keep going until you see some stores that say DORUFOGO and a SNACK-BAR OPÇAO, turn to the right again and the reception is about 100 meters from the SNACK-BAR on your right side.
The pool bal is closed all winter and opens for summer time (June to September)
