Grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Grounds with 3 houses but the swimming pool is only for 2 houses. Distance of 50 m between the 2 houses, with uneven ground. The "Quinta do Lago" beach and "Vale do Lobo" is 10 km. Important: the outside is suitable for wheelchairs, the width of the doors is 75 cm. Regular maintenance of the garden and swimming pool by the finca owner.
