Building Description
"Maison Prat Barrat" is an old renovated stone house, with exposed beams situated 5 km from Monpazier in the Parranquet district (Lot et Garonne bordering with Dordogne). Swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees for free from 1 June to 13 September. From 13 September to 1 June the swimming pool can be heated for an extra charge (10 euros per extra degree) to be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
