Description of the Hotel
A unique apartment hotel concept, for both short and longer stays. Built in 1935 and renovated in 2004, it offers a total of 50 apartments in a modern, bright and welcoming 30's-style building. The Standard apartments are 538 to 591 square feet in size, and the Penthouse apartments are 860 - 914 square feet, with roof terraces and a majestic view over Copenhagen's rooftops and steeples. Facilities provided for all include an entrance hall with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a pub, a TV room, a restaurant, conference facilities, public Internet access, a WLAN access point, room and laundry services, cycle hire and parking for those arriving by car.
Location Description
The apartments are situated in the heart of Copenhagen, 1 minute from the City Hall Square and 2 minutes from the Central Station. The city centre is just a 5-minute walk away, offering guests a range of dining and entertainment options. The Tivoli Gardens and the City Hall Square are a minute's walk from the hotel, and the Little Mermaid sculpture and Royal Castle are 30 minutes away. Copenhagen Airport is approximately 10 km from the hotel.
Description of the rooms
All apartments are decorated with modern furniture, and come with comfortable beds, fully fitted en suite bathrooms and practical kitchens, Internet access and direct dial telephones. A hairdryer, a flat-screen satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a fridge, a microwave, tea and coffee-making facilities, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, heating and a safe also come as standard.
Entertainment and sports facilities
There is a whole host of theatres, cultural venues, cinemas and restaurants in the area. There is a golf course just a 20-minute drive from the hotel.
