Laut Beschreibung für 4 Erwachsene, da ist Platz dann aber äußerst knapp, Essgelegenheit nicht für 4 Personen vorhanden. Wir waren drei Pers, zwei hatten aber nur auf den \"Barhockern\" Platz, einer musste an der Ecke mit einem niedrigen Stuhl Vorlieb nehmen. 4 Pers können nicht zusammen um einen Tisch herum sitzen. Vermieter war äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit.

Ausblick aufs Meer wirklich toll. Unterkunft klein aber fein (Bad etwas eng). Gehen gerne zu Fuß, konnten daher alles Sehenswerte gut erreichen. Aber auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut erreichbar.

Small, but well laid out. Location next to the beach was great. Gustavo was fabulous and very helpful, he had very good English.

Wir haben vier Nächte zu viert (zwei Kinder) im Appartment verbracht und die Zeit genossen. Für einen Kurzurlaub ist die Wohnungsgröße völlig ausreichend. Der Strand ist wirklich sehr nah, was sehr schön für die Kinder war. Im Oktober war die Gegend um die Wohnung nachts auch angenehm ruhig. Direkt in der Nähe gibt es auch ziemlich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Gustavo Noussan (die Kontaktperson) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und man kommt mit ihm Dank seiner Englischkenntnisse auch gut ohne Spanisch / Katalanisch zurecht.

appartement tres bien situe, fonctionnel, en bon etat. la proximite immediate de la plage est vraiment extra. le proprietaire est tres sympathique.

The situation was fantastic, everything runs perfectly with the the owner Gustavo. We were very glad that we find such a nice flat in the internet. The flat is well furnitured, but for people, who need much space it could be a little problem, for us it was really enough.

We had a fantastic time in Barcelona and this accommodation fitted our needs exactly. There was enough space on the balcony to fit 2 people. Although the accommodation does not have air-contitioning the fans provided did the job. The location was perfect especially with the sea views and Gustavo was very helpful and friendly even ensuring that we got to the bus station on time by ordering us a taxi.

idéalement placé, calme, la mer toute proche, commerces peu chers, centre de barcelonne à10 mn en métro, 20mn à pied, l'idéal pour passer une période à Barcelonne, juste un peu étroit au niveau du logement pour 4, mais à Barcelonne, la vie est dehors! on veut insister sur l'extrème amabilité et serviabilité de le personne de contact.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist klasse. Direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist zwar etwas klein, aber für ein paar Tage machbar. Die Lautstärke von draussen hält sich in Grenzen. Wir konnten alle sehr gut schlafen. Einen herzlichen Gruß an Gustavo, den Vermieter.

Sehr gemütliche und mit Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. 2min zum Strand und 10 min zur Ramblas. Sehr nette Kontaktperson. Wenn man länger zu viert in der Wohnung wohnt könnte es unter Umständen etwas eng werden.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist klein aber hell und für ein paar Tage durchaus ausreichend. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Und Gustavo, der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Accomodation was exactly as described and room had beautiful view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. The contact person was very friendly and helpful.

Super Lage (direkt am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel direkt um die Ecke, Bushaltestellen sehr nahe). Vor allem aber sehr,sehr nette und hilfsbereite Kontaktpersonen.

The apartment is compact, clean and ideally located opposite the beach and only a short walk to the centre of town. There is a TV but it only has Spanish channels. The kitchen is well equipped. Gustavo, the owner of the apartment, is very friendly and very helpful. There are several bars and restaurants very close by. It wouldn\'t be a problem if you were going out most nights yourself, but I was on my own and didn\'t go out much at night, so I was very aware of the noise.

Tout était parfait. Sommes restés 3 nuits. Le logement est petit, propre et meublé style Ikea. Convient parfaitement pour 2 max 3 personnes.Une chambre avec 2 lits superposés, l'autre avec 2 lits simples.Draps et essuis sur place. Situé à 50 m de la plage (petite vue sur la mer depuis la terrasse). Petits resto's, métro très proche.
