Modern apartment in Barcelona's city-centre

For our first time in Barcelona, this was a prime location. Convenient to the Metro and many of the shopping, restaurants, and cafes on La Rambla. I would caution light sleepers about the street noise that, while 4 floors removed and protected by a heavy door, can still be a bit destracting for those trying to adjust to another timezone. Otherwise, price, value, and location were outstanding.

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr ansprechend und absolut sauber! 1 Minute von der La Rambla, besser geht es nicht und die Stufen in die 4. Etage sind nun wirklich keine Herausforderung. Einfach nur empfehlenswert!!

Das Apartment hat nicht, wie im deutschen Text beschrieben, 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bett, sondern 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Bettwäsche war für getrenntes Schlafen nicht vorhanden. Die Originalangaben im Text waren entscheidend für unsere Wahl. Sehr ärgerlich!!! Die Kontaktperson gab sich unwissend, aber freundlich:

Super Unterkunft!Sehr sauber ausser das Geschirr war ziemlich dreckig, was aber ja auch an den "Vormietern" liegt.Kontaktperson war sehr hilfsbereit!Einzig das Sofa ist ziemlich durchgesessen und dürfte wiedermal erneuert werden:-)

tres bon rapport qualité/Prix/emplacement juste à 50 m de La Rambla.. au coeur de Barcelone .... avec Abdul en personne de contact , super sympa .... Appart propre, bien equipé avec clim ... nous reviendrons ....

en general,nos hemos encontrado muy agusto.lo unico q nos ha molestado ha sido el ruido de las obras urbanas.y la falta del ascensor que ya sabiamos. REC 700631

super sauber, schön,alles in einem Topzustand! Ist zwar im 4. Stock gelegen, aber die Nähe zur Rambla und die Wohnung selbst entschädigt dafür!!
