Accommodation was good. It did state that hair dryer and iron were available but on arrival there were not supplied. I sent a text to contact person and hairdryer was left at apartment next day

A very good base from which to explore such a fantastic city. If travelling to Barcelona for the first time the street that the appartment was situated may seem a little daunting owing to the narrowness of the walkways and the amount of graffiti, do not let this bother you. The appartment was spacious (apart from the two bathrooms which were a little cosy, clean and quite well furnished to accommodate my family of four. We'll be coming again!

sehr zentral gelegen, die straße ist ruhig, die personen im haus durchaus \"spanisch\" laut. klimaanlage darf nachts nicht genutzt werden. insgesamt eine gute wohnung in super zentraler lage mit kleinen schönheitsfehlern, die mit wenig geld zu reparieren wären.

Lift very small, stairs very narrow but accommodation good. Quieter than expected. Air conditioning not allowed between 11pm and 9am (the only times we were at the flat!)

Apartment was very nice and we really recommend the location, within walking distance of everything! We found a receipt on a chair and a magazine on the floor when we came, indicating that cleaning could have been a tad better. Contact person Ms. Marrion was nice and easy to deal with and spoke very good English.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung haben wir sauber und wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Wir haben einige wunderschöne Tage in Barcelona verbracht. Es war eine gute Entscheidung, diese Wohnung in zentraler Lage zu mieten.

4 Frauen und Barcelona - das Appartement ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten (Shoppen, Sightseeing, baden, uvm.). Die Kontaktperson war pünktlich und sehr nett - wir haben uns wohl und \"gut aufgehoben\" gefühlt.

ein tolles appartement, gute ausstattung und lage. leider gab es im flur renovierungsarbeiten die uns morgentlich um 7 aus dem schlaf gerissen haben. ansonsten, abgesehen von den wohl typischen silberfischen im gothico, war alles bestens. die kontaktperson war supernett.

Perfect location and surprisingly quiet! Nice apartment, good facilities, nice furniture. We were disappointed by the shortage of hot water. The apartment is supposed to accomodate 6 persons, but the hot water was gone after one shower! The heating system also did not function well enough. But all in all: a nice stay in a fantastic city!

Die Unterkunft ist klasse. Alles dran, alles drin. Praktisch eingerichtet. Superlage. Am Anfang war der Warmwasserboiler mit vier Personen, die duschen wollen, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Letzte hatte am ersten Tag (zunächst) kein Warmwasser mehr, das passiert aber nur am ersten Tag. Wir haben einen Kaffeefilterhalter (nicht den Halter zur Aufbewahrung an der Wand) vermisst, Filterkaffeekochen ist ohne Halter etwas umständlich. Manchmal war die Musik aus der Kneipe in der Nachbarschaft etwas störend, aber das schmälerte den guten Gesamteindruck üperhaupt nicht. Die Zusammenarbeit mit der Kontaktperson war angenehm, verabredete Zeiten wurden penibel eingehalten, insgesamt alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Family of 4 stayed one week in August. Appartment clean, but basic. Could do with few more comforts. Neighbours very noisy, especially during night. Good location, close to metro and La Rambla. Contact person friendly and helpful.

We were four mid 30s females on a long weekend in Barcelona and found the accommodation more than surpassed our expectations. It was really central, very chic and amazing value for money. The owner Hugo and his wife couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely be back.

Couldn't ask for a better location. We had four people in the apartment and we were all very pleased with the unit. It was especially nice having two bathrooms. The service and friendliness with the contact person was delightful. Absolutely no problems. I would highly recommend this unit.

The house was good in general. It is big and clean and tastefully furnished and decorated. It has many and beautiful lights and many, many pillows - which is rare to find! The owners were friendly, kind and willing to help us and give information and suggestions.

This is a wonderful, well maintained apartment in a wonderful central location in the Gothic quarter. The only improvements I can imagine would be a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room and a chest of drawers in the bedroom. However, these are small issues. We had a great time.

Excellent accommodation - right in the centre of things but still down a quiet street where we felt part of the community and enjoyed listening to our neighbours' salsa music! Very spacious with clean styling, even with six of us there we didn't feel cramped.

The flat itself was beautiful but would have benefitted from more kitchen equipment such as a kettle, small sharp knives, more mugs and some wine glasses.
