The management at the apartment was very helpful. I would stay at this apartment again. It was very clean, quiet and in an excellent location. It would be helpful if the guarantee of deposit could be handled with a credit card. It was inconvenient waiting for the management to return the money on the last day.

Nice apt, cheaper than an equiv. hotel and in the right area. The street noise was high but the double thick windows helped.

We loved the apartment. The location was just perfect. We had no problem getting around Barcelona, easy walking to a lot of places and very close to the subway.

Location wise is very close to all services, intersting places, restorants and the beach. Prestiges furniture, clean, well equiped with everything you may need. Cleaners do an excellant job every time they visit the flat and make it look totally different with the new bed sheets and setup.

The app is so good,the most important is the location.easy to go beach.it's surprise that the owner of app prepare everything in the app.and the contactor is very nice.if i go bcn again,i wish i could live in this app again.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. Often the most important rooms are the kitchen and bathroom. Both were very clean. Absolutely no creepy feeling you often get in rented rooms. Felt like home.

The flat is very nicely furnished, the location is excellent, close to the metro station, you don't even need a taxi to the airport and right in the midst of the old quarter. It is ideal for 4 people, and even possible with kids. A common danger in Barcelona is house breaking, but in this flat you really feel safe. The hostess is particularly friendly and the flat is highly recommendable, but bare in mind there is some amount of noise despite the double glasses windows.

Communication, friendliness, and service with the staff, both before and during our staff was excellent. The apartment is very secure and in an excellent location for walking to many of the sites. The only drawback may be the noise level, which remains loud during most of the night. The apartment itself is very nice. The only complaint we had was that the previous tenants smoked in the master bedroom, even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking apartment. The smell was so strong, I could not sleep in the bed the first night. Upon being informed the next morning, the staff acted quickly to help alleviate the problem.

Excellent base for a city break. Apartment was perfect for our needs as a family. I would imagine that during the busy times of the season the noise from the street below might be a problem - but nothing ear plugs wouldn't solve - after all the location would more than make up for this.

The apartment was like we saw it in the pictures, very clean and confortable, with beautiful spacious rooms.The only thing that was not so good was the noise in the street, but it did not really matter since we were always so tired after a day of visiting. I also suggest the landlord to fix the shower head, but apart from that, it was great to stay in such a nice apartment. I would definetly go back again and reccomand to everyone that goesto Barcelona.

The accommodation was better than I had expected as you cannot always tell from a photo. The apartment was in a great location close to all amenities and clean and fairly well set out.

We loved the location - we pretty much walked everywhere we wanted to go - Old Town, Port Vell and up to shopping are at Placa Catalanya. There are fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby. The only slight problem was the noise on Friday and Saturday evening. Atmospheric really unless you are a light sleeper! But this was far outweighed by everything else and we had packed our ear plugs. We would recommend anyone else to stay here (and do the same!) and we defintely will stay here again.

Good, clean and wonderfully central with lots of good restaurants nearby. A bit noisy at night but that's Spain! Baby's cot/high chair/eating set were excellent.

The apartment is lovely and exactly matches the description on the website. It is ideally placed, 100yds from Jaume 1 metro and within easy walking distance of all the central Barcelona locations and numerous fantastic restaurants. It was noisy outside, but that is to be expected in a city centre location, and the double glazed windows kept the noise inside the apartment to an acceptably low level. The entrance area is welcoming and very clean. The security is also very good. Our contact person was very helpful and friendly both in person and via email before we arrived. Her English was very good, which made communication easy for us. We'd definitely recommend this apartment to others.

I completely recommend both the Oh-Barcelona service and this apartment. In a fantastic location (Born), with lots of character and most of the restaurants/bars/museums that you would like to visit within easy strolling distance. Clean and well serviced and safe. I didn't find it noisy as the windows are well insulated. Highly recommended!

Sorry to take so long to send our comments - been very busy. The accommodation was very good with a nice entrance to the building,and a high standard of cleanliness and amenities inside the apartment. Basic necessities generously provided, (condiments, kitchen paper, loo rolls etc.,) The extra towels were welcome too. The location was terrific,easy walking to all the main places and we would certainly choose to stay there again.

We thought this apartment was really good all round. Our only slight quibble was that we couldn't get the satellite/cable box to work so the only TV was Spanish but this wasn't a problem because we had no time to watch TV anyway, there were so many things to do in Barcelona. The location is in easy walking distance of Las Ramblas and the beach and the immediate surrounding area has many interesting shops and restaurants (great tapas bar opposite). The apartment is on the corner of the building and all the bedrooms face the (pedestrianised) streets which means lots of light but also exposure to the some street noise at night. However only the insomniac in the family (me) heard any of this; the others slept through it.
