Comments:

The living room and bed rooms were good. Though the kitchen was dirty and all surfaces were sticky because of cooking fat. The bathroom was okay, but the bath tube was dirty. I had not expect this.

Die Fotos lassen besseres vermuten. Insgesamt ziemlich ungepflegt. Die Schlafzimmer sind recht klein und offen, d.h. man hört alles innerhalb der Wohnung. Gute Lage, aber sehr laut. Herd funktionierte nur teilweise und entsprach keinerlei Sicherheitsansprüchen (für Kinder sehr gefährlich!!!). Fernseher funktionierte nicht.

really good: no noise from traffic and you are direct in the heart of barcelona, vis a vis to museum picasso pictures shows bigger rooms as they are in reality, rooms were not really clean according to our expectations

Very basic, but very affordable. A great location for exploring and quiet enough at night to get a good rest. Noisy outside in the day as it's opposite the Picasso Museum and full of buskers and tourists.
