alloggio ottimo, comodo, posizione eccellente. Unico \"neo\": la strada � molto rumorosa perch� proprio sotto l\'appartamenmto vi sono dei locali che chiudono molto tardi e il rumore rimbomba nella strada. A parte questo l\'appartamento � sicuramente da consigliare.

Die im Duschbad befindliche Toilettenspülung war defekt. Die versprochene sofortige Reparatur wurde nicht durchgeführt. Bei 5 Personen und einer zur Verfügung stehenden Toilette war schon Organisationstalent gefragt. Im dritten Schlafzimmer war anstatt einem Bett und einer Schlafcouch ein Metall-Etagenbett (eher geeignet für Kinder). Ein Klappladen im Wohnzimmer war nicht zu verschließen. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Übergabe und der Wohnung zufrieden. Der Eigentümer sollte jedoch aufgefordert werden, die Mängel an der Wohnung zu beheben.

There was only one comment: it was published, that the appartment has three bedrooms each with two beds. It should be published too, that one bedroom has a bunk bed. We weren't aware about that, and one couple which was chosen by lot was not amused about that.

Appartamente situato in un punto strategico della città, all'interno del Barrio Gotico sito proprio dietro la Plaza Real! La casa è abbastanza grande, piacevole ed accogliente 7 persone ci stanno favolosamente! Credo che l'unica nota negativa è che è un pò rumorosa, probabilmente per via della posizione, ma è davvero ben servita. Ottimo referente il padrone di casa, persona distinta e cordiale. Ci ha fatto trovare dell'ottimo vino e del prosciutto crudo..........buonissimi!!! Spero di ritornare presto a Barcellona, città splendida!

The man who owned the apartment was very friendly and helpful. He left us a bottle of wine, some ham and fresh roses on our arrival which we all thought was a ovely gesture. He'd drawn us a map & marked lots of useful places. Location of the apartment was great, very central close to everything and it was very clean. We had a great time. Thanks

The landlord was very,very nice,welcome with roses,wine,tapas.And a good explanation of the neighbourhood. The apartment was great. Near the ramblas.Surrounding noisy. You must accept it, this is barca the gothic area. we come back .gr hans, myrna, ineke, peter erma, henk.

Le logement, dans un immeuble du 19ème siècle a énormément de charme. Nous avons eu des soucis de tuyauterie, qui ont été pris en charge rapidement. L'endroit était impeccable. Le propriétaire est un monsieur très agréable et courtois, un vrai plaisir. La rue est très bruyante, mais nous le savions avant de venir.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Laut (was wir vorher schon wußten, haben uns also darauf eingestellt) Wohnung sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sehr nette, freundliche Kontaktperson.Der Wein und Schinken, vom Wohnungsbesitzer spendiert, waren eine nette Geste. Die Tipps bezüglich der Tapas Bar und Cafe waren hervorragend.

The ambience of the apartment was fantastic and probably better than i expecteced. It was noisy early hours of the morning, but it said it would be and you are just off La Ramblas. The Contact was excellant & gave valubale advice. The Owner was wonderful, it was birthday and he left me flowers and Cava.

Excellent location geographically. Expect lots of street noise between midnight and 5 am. Contact person was a half hour late, but the waiting spot (Placa Riele) was wonderful. Great amount of space within the apartment, with a good kitchen and very close to grocery stores. We cooked for 5 two meals each day.

Great apartment - clean, spacious and a good central location. Well equipped kitchen. One of the toilets didn't flush very well but everything else was excellent. Contact person was friendly and gave us some advice on local services. Given the central location of the apartment it was noisy at night so it may not be suitable for families with young children.

Mr Botey is a friendly man and welcomed us with local wine and the best smoked ham available in Barcelona as he told us. At night quite noisy because appartment is located 2 doors from discotheque. Superb location few metres from Ramblas and historic points of view.

We loved the accommodation and the location. It was quite noisy at night but nothing more than you might expect from being at the centre of a busy and vibrant city. L'appartement est parfait pour 6 personnes, propre, confortable, bien distribué : séparation entre les chambres d'une part, la cuisine et les deux salles de bain d'autre part; un seul point noir: si vous ne supportez pas les boules quiès ou le bruit la nuit, louez ailleurs que dans le Barri Gothic, sinon c'est parfait. La personne qui nous a reçu est très disponible et pleine d'attentions ; notre séjour fut très agréable.

Ideal apartment right in the centre of the city. Ramblas, shops, bars (maybe too close?!), etc. all within a minutes walk. Possibly too noisy & unsettling for families, but perfect for a group of adults like us. Nice to lean out of the balconies in the evening with a glass of Rioja and soak up the atmosphere. Spacious apartment, comfortable for 6 people, modern fittings. Signor Botey is very friendly and accommodating and speaks good English (just as well as our Spanish is minimal!).
