Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der wohnung und Herzlichen Dank noch dafür. einziger kleiner Mangel: Die Kaffeemaschine hatte leider keine Kanne mehr bzw. die Esspressomaschine war nicht benützbar. ansonsten war alles wunderbar und vielleicht kommen wir bald wieder. lg Christa

This was far better than anything we expected. We were in Europe for 6 weeks, and this was the best accommodation we had for the whole trip!

The apartment is very well located in a quiet street not far from La Rambla. We were very impressed with being able to look out on a beautiful tree from the dining room table. All told the whole experience was most satisfying. Jim & Joan Australia

Accomodation was very comfortable and very central for the old part of Barcelona ,with plenty of good eating places including patisseries within easy reach.We certainly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and will certainly be back.

La situation du logement à deux pas de la Plaza Catalunya est très bonne, avec plusieurs lignes de metro à proximité ; le quartier est très populaire, animé mais parfois un peu glauque le soir. L'appartement en lui-même est bien, en bon état, tous les équipements sont OK. Au total, notre séjour s'est passé dans de très bonnes conditions. Merci !

A very nice open apartment a short walk from the Ramblas & University. Only problem was the toilet didn't flush properly.

Perfect for us and great location close to Las Ramblas. Apartment was well equiped and very comfortable for us (a couple with a toddler) Owner also very helpful and friendly.

Sehr ordentliche und saubere Wohnung. modern eingerichtet. Viktor war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, 3 Minuten zu den Ramblas macht die Unterkunft zu einer guten Urlaubsadresse.

The flat is very nice and spotless indeed, everything was as promised, even the internet worked without problems. Though the balcony is a bit small, the place is very comfortable, enough space to roam about, and even warm enough in winter. Victor is a very helpfull and friendly person, speaks English fluently. The house has a very high standard, new and clean, and is located at the most charming little square with an Italian restaurant (not noisy) on the groundfloor. It´s not an area with a lot of tourists, very relaxed calm atmosphere (though in the night some students might sing along when leaving a pub), a very good baker just 2 minutes away, just beside the bookshop of the legendary CNT, very beautiful cafés on the street, shops nearby, everything can be reached easily on foot, so, it is a splendid place to stay in.

The flat is very modern and comfortable. Only issue during our stay was related to the fact that the heating system didn't work and had to be replaced.

Excellent location; lovely apartment; close to everything. Had a great time. Would definitely stay there again. Owner and contact person were very helpful and friendly. One warning though - contact person does not speak English. Lucky I was able to recall some of my high school Spanish.
