The vacation rental is situated in the centre of Vienna, 10 minutes walking distance from the opera and the attractions from the first district: Karlskirche, S Stefan Church, etc.
The apartment is new and modern, constructed in 1998, with lots of light and fully equipped.
The neighbourhood is tranquil, with all types of services such as restaurants, shops, banks, etc. There is also easy access to transportation. Very close by, visitors will find the street Wiedner Hauptstraße, where various streetcars pass by, such as 62 and 65 which arrive in the city centre in just a couple of minutes. The bus 13 A, which passes by the Lambrechtgasse, is a great alternative for the trip to/from the airport, given that the apartment is well connected with Südbahnhof, where the buses arrive from the airport.
The apartment has 44m² with a maximum capacity of 6 people. There is a bedroom with two single beds 90x200cm and extra mattresses for two extra people. In the living room there is a fold-out sofa bed for two people. The apartment is equipped with: small stereo system/CD, dishwasher, radio, kitchenware, vacuum cleaner, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, fridge, stove, hair dryer, fans and TV.
