Grocers 3 km, restaurant 400 m, bathing bay 4.5 km, tennis 500 m, ski lift, ski runs, ski school, cross-country ski trail 200 m. The chalet is situated in the wooded district of Filzstein by the Duxeralpe in Hochkrimml about 1600 m above sea level. 5 minutes walking distance from the chairlift of the "Zillertal Arena" and beside the ski runsthere is a off-piste direct access to the chalet. It is also an ideal starting point for many walks and a large cross-country network. Coming from Zillertal, access is via a toll road (monthly card EUR 23) - coming from Mittersill toll-free.
