Comfortable apartment with a balcony and Satellite TV in the middle of the impressive façade by Paznauntal, and close to the well-known and extensive ski area Ischgl/Silvretta. The bus stop for the ski line is directly in front of the house. The house is situated on the edge of town and includes 2 bedrooms with the possibility to house 4-6 people. The bedrooms have one double bed and one additional. If there is a need to house 7-8 people, there is an additional double bedroom with a shower, WC, balcony and TV. The kitchen – dining room has a corner sofa, Satellite TV, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric stove with 4 burners, oven and dish washer. Observation: In the place there is a charge for therapy: 1,10 € per person/day after 15 years of age

Location Description
The distinctive mountainous town of Kappl is in the famous and splendid Austrian region of Tirol, with an altitude of 1.300 meters above sea level. This town has managed to maintain their traditional characteristics. With 2.900 inhabitants, Kappl is the major village in the Paznaum district, and can lodge up to 5.000 guests. Most of the tourists stay at private pensions or small vacation houses, so that the town can avoid the habitual invasion of hotels and structures that often spoil the atmosphere of serene villages. Kappl enjoys the sunshine from morning till late afternoon - the most important condition to fully enjoy a mountain village. It is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation and a real paradise for climbers, trekkers and mountain bikers. The routes that surround the village allow one to enjoy the splendid views of the Tyrolese Mountains. Especially in winter, Kappl is a real delight for skiers: with its own modern ski facilities and 40km of tracks that go from 1.850 to 2.300 meters of altitude. Kappl is also well-known for their reasonable prices and is therefore a favourite among families. There is a fantastic fairground that was recently constructed, called the "Sunny Mountain Adventure Park," which offers first quality restaurants, a ski school and a day-care centre.
