The modern and functional hotel was opened in June 2004 and comprises 79 rooms, an entrance hall with 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe and lift access. In addition, there is a café, a bar, a restaurant, a TV room, Internet access and a parking place. Some of the rooms are disability-friendly.

The hotel has good access to motorway A-6, and is close to several business parks, with quick and easy access to the many attractions of Madrid's city centre, which is around 24 km from the hotel. There is a bus stop 200 m away, the railway station Las Matas 1 km away, the centre of Las Rozas with shopping amenities 2 km, the Heron City Leisure Park with several restaurants and bars 2.5 km and Madrid-Barajas Airport is approximately 44 km from the hotel.

The spacious and comfortably furnished rooms come with an en suite bathroom and hairdryer. They also all come with a colour TV, a telephone, a writing desk, a double bed and coffee and tea-making facilities. The air conditioning and heating can be individually adjusted. Also available are family rooms for up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 children, or a maximum of 3 adults).

Take the A-6 motorway towards A Coruña and turn off at junction 24. Then take the services road (via de servicio) in the direction of Madrid. Then take the first exit on the right onto Calle Chile and then turn right again onto Calle Peru, at the end of which you will find the hotel.
Pets are permitted in the hotel for an additional fee. Guests are, however, advised not to bring them into the shared areas of the hotel.
