The property is located one kilometre from Alaro. Comprised of a main house constructed in 2002 and a guest house constructed in 2007. On the porch there is a small auxiliary kitchen. The style of the interior decoration includes new furniture with standard rustic style. There are three bedrooms in the main house with a double bedroom (1.50x1.90) and a bedroom with two single beds (0.90x1.90m) and the third bedroom has one single bed. In the annex there is a room with a double bed (1.50x1.90m) and a sofa bed for one person and a folding bed.
