The pousada occupies an old Franciscan monastery dating back to the 13th century and combines the mystical atmosphere of the sacred walls with the amenities and comforts of modern times. A total of 35 rooms and 1 suite is on offer. It is fully air-conditioned and facilities on offer include a lobby with lifts and a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a lift and a currency exchange counter.
