The apartment is located in the 8th neighbourhood, on the small street of Sotzenthaler, between Josefstädter and Lerchenfelder Streets. The apartment is very centric; in the surrounding area there are many shops, a supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Also in the immediate area you will find the underground station for line U6 (Thalistraße Station) and the street car line 45 Schottenfeldgasse station). There is just a 10 minute trip into the centre with the street car. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with a lift and views of a quiet interior courtyard. Comprised of 65m² with 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room of 30m² and a bedroom, as well as a small kitchen, entrance hall, bathroom, WC and storage. The apartment is appropriate for 4 people, but has a maximum capacity for 6. In the living room there is a fold-out double sofa bed. A modern and fully refurbished apartment (finished in the beginning of 2007). There are 2 cable televisions, DVD player and Internet connection.
