You will wake up with the sun and enjoy views of a beautiful green landscape. This comfortable accommodation is equipped for two people with rustic furniture: a double bed, an extending sofa bed, dining room table, desk, chairs, closet, cable television and free wireless Internet connection. There are parquet floors and a large window that lets in lots of sunlight in the luxurious living room.
The tile bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The kitchen has a two-burner stove and refrigerator. The apartment is equipped with all of the necessary equipment: dishes, coffee maker, hair dryer, alarm clock, radio, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. There are also sheets, towels and a washing machine that you must pay to use. The owner speaks German, English and Russian.

Only 3 minutes walking distance from the Vorgartenstrasse Station U1, and 4 minutes by car to the heart of Vienna, the Stephansplatz. On the adjacent streets you will find many shops, bancs, post office, pharmacies and typical Viennese restaurants with traditional food and beautiful gardens. The local market is right next door and offers fresh ingredients from 7am. The accommodation has easy access to the airport and the Praterstern freeway.
