Each bedroom has its own WC/shower, hair dryer and digital television. The kitchen has a large and comfortable corner sofa, digital TV, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stove, filter coffee maker, toaster, CD player, alarm clock, telephone, books and games. There is a large garden with furniture. All of the sheets are provided. The owner offers free rental of the sled, fresh bread service and a 10% discount on ski and snowboard rentals.
The house is 1,5 km from the ski region of Kappl (here one can ski and there is also a 7km long sled trail, twice a week there is a night-time sledding excursion. For children there is a separate zone and child care), and 8km away from the Ischgl-Samnaun ski station. Stores and businesses are approx 1 km away. The bus station is in front of the house. Covered pool and sauna, bowling and skating rink are in Ischgl (8 km). In Galtür, once a week there is a night-time ski excursion (18km). The next largest city is Landeck (19km) and Innsbruck (98km).

The distinctive mountainous town of Kappl is in the famous and splendid Austrian region of Tirol, with an altitude of 1.300 meters above sea level. This town has managed to maintain their traditional characteristics. With 2.900 inhabitants, Kappl is the major village in the Paznaum district, and can lodge up to 5.000 guests. The routes that surround the village allow one to enjoy the splendid views of the Tyrolese Mountains.
Especially in winter, Kappl is a real delight for skiers: with its own modern ski facilities and 40km of tracks that go from 1.850 to 2.300 meters of altitude. Kappl is also well-known for their reasonable prices and is therefore a favourite among families. There is a fantastic fairground that was recently constructed, called the "Sunny Mountain Adventure Park," which offers first quality restaurants, a ski school and a day-care centre. Everything necessary to guarantee a happy and relaxing vacation for families and children.
