The house is located in the beautiful Leutasch Valley, on the Obern country estate. The 53m² apartment is situated on the first floor and offers a magnificent view of the mountains to the South. This is a perfect starting point for summer excursions, such as Innsbruck, Kühtai-Stausee, the worlds of crystal Wattens-Swarowski, and in the winter directly on the rise of the Obern Cross-Country Ski area. There are 262 km of cross country skiing, 35 km of trails, or 143 km of winter trekking routes. For those who do not wish to ski or make long excursions during the winter months, they can enjoy the regurios Rauthhütte or Wettersteinhütte, Hämmermoosalm, or go sledding down Hohen Sattel. In the summer months there are many walking excursions to Gaistal or the Almen Hämmermoosalm, Gaistalalm, Rotmoos, rock shelters, Tilfussalm or Hochfederalm, just to name a few. Also worth seeing is the urbanized ravine Leutascher with three different thematic paths “Klammgeisterweg” of 3000 m, “Koboldpfad“ 1900 m or the “Wasserfallsteig“ of 200 m. One may also play in Seefeld or in Wildmoos Gold. Especially interesting places to visit are: the Ganghofer Museum, Friedensglocke in Mösern, Seekirchl in Seefeld, Bienenlehrpad, and many others. One can easily loose themselves on the 200 km of mountain bike trails. In the summer months there are lakes to bathe in, or in Alpenbad bath where there is also a sauna.
Note: For reservations made more than 10 days before check-in, the owner requires a 30% deposit to be paid by bank transfer. The remaining amount (normally 70%) shall be paid at check-in. If the reservation is made less than 10 days before arrival, the entire rental amount is paid at check-in.
