Comfortable apartment in a rural ambiance, with a tile heater and a tranquil location – on the oriental border of Fulpm, with fantastic views of Stubaier Bergwelt. In the summer months, there are many walking/hiking paths as well as ski trails in the winter season. The apartment has one double bedroom and one single bedroom, as well as a double sofa bed in the living room (Max. 5 people). Separate bathroom and WC. Kitchen and a corner dining room, fully equipped and inviting. Furthermore, there is TV – SAT, radio/CD player, a terrace oriented towards the South with views of the mountains, a children’s park and a subterranean garage. The total surface area is 62m². The centre of town with a supermarket and the bus stop for the ski slopes are all within 100-200 meters.

Please note: between the 22 of December and the end of easter each year, and between the 1st of July and the 30th of August all bookings made must be for a minimum of 7 days with arrival and departure always on Saturdays.
