50M2 apartment in Amsterdam. It has two small rooms, one with a double bed, the other only has a wardrobe. The sitting room, with a small French balcony on the front, counts 20m2 and it has a lot of light as the front of the building is all windows. It has sky television and a 2 persons sofa-bed. The main bedroom has direct access to a big balcony on the back (10m2) facing a school which makes it very quiet in the evenings and weekends. The bathroom consists of a bath tub and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc). The whole building has been recently renovated and the apartment plus furniture are brand new. It is close to the city center in one of the most popular streets of Amsterdam: Kinkerstraat, which is full of shops and you can find very nice restaurants in the area. It has two trams stopping right at the door: tram 17 that goes to Central Station in about 15 min and from there trains ride to the airport every 15 min; tram 7 goes to Leidseplein, one of the city center attractions, in only 5 min. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the famous Vondelpark.

If you would like a rest, the Vondelpark awaits you: it is an immense park of 48ha in the heart of the city. During the summer there are free concerts and theatre to enjoy. If you enjoy your trip and decide to stay in the Netherlands longer, head towards the North, to Volendam Port, 22km from Amsterdam. It is a truly animated post card of the area with its tulips, mills, and sailors in traditional wooden shoes. Furthermore, one must not forget to visit the cheese market in Alkmaar.
