The area is very central and elegant and it is only 10 mins walking distance off the Duomo and the Puente Viejo. The station Santa Maria Novella is 5mins from the apartment. In the direct surrounding you will find various shops, supermarkets, banks, restaurants and typical bars and pubs for having a night-out. The city's monuments can be reached easily.
The apartment has an entrance hall, a living room with direct access to the equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with each two single beds (two of them can be joined to a double bed). The bathroom has a shower. Further equipment is an AC, cable TV and a terrace where you can enjoy your summer vacation. The apartment is apt for 4 persons.
