This delightful and popular old coastal town is situated on the north coast of kent 12 km from Canterbury, 29 km from Dover and 100 km from London. Whitstable has plenty of charm and character with fisherman's huts and pretty weatherboard cottages. Historic harbour. Shingle/sandy beaches where you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming and watersports. Here the Thames estuary broadens into the North sea and the town nestles alongside a sheltered bay formed between the Kent shoreline and the Isle of Sheppey.
