Hotel "Toulgaridis" is built only 10 metres away from the beach at N. Moudania, Halkidiki, among green gardens, with lots of parking space and is only 67 km far from the city of Thessaloniki. All rooms are tastefully decorated, with a fully equiped kitchen, bathroom, air-condition, TV, refridgerator and roomy porch with limitless view at the sea. Open from the 1st of May until the 30th of October. Reservations made 45 days prior arrival: - The owner requires the payment of 15% of the rental price within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer - The remaining amount (85% of the rental price) has to be paid to the owner via bank transfer latest until 45 days to arrival. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid. Reservations made less than 45 days prior arrival: - The whole rental price (100%) has to be paid to the owner within 7 days after having made the reservation via bank transfer. - At arrival just the deposit (which will be given back when leaving the apartment) has to be paid.
