This 85m² vacation rental with separate entrance is situated on the ground floor of a family friendly country home and sleeps up to 6 people. There is a modern bedroom with 4 beds (a cod is available upon request), a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the sitting room with American kitchen, satellite TV, radio, sofas and a dining area. The terrace comes with garden furniture, sunbeds, parasol and a BBQ. The country house is situated on a hill 5 minutes from the town Bodenmais, with a romantic view over the Bavarian countryside. The vacation rental is an ideal starting point for walks, bike and ski tours. The next ski lift (Riedlberg) is only 3km away an easily accessible with the ski bus.

The district of Regen (the river and capital have the same name) is situated in the oldest natural park in Germany, The Bayerischer Wald, the forest of Bavaria. In just a few kilometres, extends 24,250 hectares covered with forest where you can stroll, bicycle and explore the region. A very popular option is to stay in a private apartment. This way you can combine nature, leisure, and the typical Bavarian way of life into your vacation. From here you can plan all of your excursions. For example, a bicycle trip along the “Crystal Highway” which connects the different towns with glass workshops, or a hike on the gran Arber, the highest mountain in the region of Bayerischer. In the winter season this same mountain of 1456m is a true ski paradise with many trails, a free style snowboard park, as well as the annual European and World Championships. The entire area offers a great deal of excursions and experiences in order to become familiar with the Bavarian lifestyle. There are attractions for all ages, such as “Weißenstein,” the gentleman’s strength competition in June, traditional markets, local festivities, and expositions.
