La localización del apartamiento era bien central, proximo a Las Ramblas, pero la region es muy ruidosa. Hay barullo por todo el día y por la noche, o que tornava muy difícil para duermir.

Very nice contact. Central location, only a few minutes to walk to the Rambla, the Columbus Monument and the Placa Catalunya.

Heel mooi appartement, gunstig gelegen t.o.v. de Ramblas. Manuel is een superaardige kerel. Het appartement is klein, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Bovendien is het gezellig ingericht.

The apartment was in a good location that was very central and close to shops and the metro. The street it's on was quite noisy at night but that didn't bother me to much as it has fans to keep you cool so I could close the windows. It was very clean and had everything that I needed. The only problem with it is that I wanted to stay in an apartment with a balcony because I was travelling with my 1 year old son who unfortunatly needed to be in bed by a reasonably time and I wanted to be able to sit out on it and enjoy te evening. The balcony was basically double doors and the space of a window sill before the bars. This was also in the bedroom. I personally did not think that it really consituted as a balcony at all. So if this is one of your main reasons for choosing this accommodation I would advise against it. However everything else was very nice.

gute, zentrale Lage, damit aber auch ziemlich laut. sehr einfache wohnung, aber ordentlich und sauber, merkwürdig verwinkelt geschnitten, aber groß genug für zwei Personen. Treppenhaus sehr dunkel und etwas muffig.

An alarm clock in the bedroom would have been helpful. Would have been nice to have a place to sit outside of the apartment.

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e ben dotato. Ottima posizione vicina al centro e alle attrazioni principali. La sera la strada è rumorosa ma se vi portate un paio di tappi per le orecchie dormirete benissimo. Letto confortevole!

Well equipped apartment in the heart of Barcelona. Everything in walking distance and only 5 minutes by Taxi (5 EURO) to Barcelona fair ground. Highly recommended not only for vacation but for business stays in Barcelona as well. Thanks to Manuel for his very kind service! See you next year!

Perfect !! the owner is very friendly and helpful. We're french and not very accurate in spanish. Neververtheless, he didn't just came and get the deposit. He took its time to explain us \"where and what\".

The apartment was exactly as pictured and in the heart of the Raval area. I don't think it would be suitable for 3 people if the third wasn't a child. The apartment allows dogs so it was perfect for us as we brought our small pug dog. It was a little cold in the apartment but Spain was having record cold temps during our stay so you can't fault the apartment.

wir(2) waren drei tage im september in barcelona.die straße in der sich die wohnung befindet sieht zwar auf den ersten blick etwas unheimlich aus, ist aber keineswegs gefährlich. lediglich nachts sollte man eine bestimmte strecke meiden.Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen. Aber in Barcelona ist es überall laut, egal wo man wohnt,(fragt manuel) das appartment ist nett eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, toilettenpapier, tempos, handtücher,seife. alles sauber. sehr netter kontakt zu manuel. wir konnten die koffer bei ihm in seinem laden aufbewahren, so dass wir den kompletten montag noch in der stadt genießen konnten. Danke nochmals!

A bit crowded with 3 people and pretty noisy at night, but an excellent position, close to La Rambla and with a panadaria, supermarkets and restaurants close by. Very friendly and helpful owners. In all, highly recomended.

A small, neat, but very efficient apartment. It is easy walking distance to the Gothic Quarter and all the downtown tourist areas. It is a few blocks from the Boqueria fresh food market; there is also a supermarket on Las Ramblas, just a little farther away. It is a little noisy at night, but since we were on a sort of Spanish schedule of late bedtimes it didn't bother us at all. The apartment has a very nice iron, a good kitchen, and a firm bed with fluffy pillows. The floors are marble, so it's a good idea to bring some slippers. There are several ATM machines in the neighborhood, which also added to the convenience. We enjoyed walking home every day past the beautiful Dr. Fleming's garden, which is right around the corner, and past other old buildings in the neighborhood.

Sehr zentrales modern eingerichtetes Appartement. Historisch interessantes Gebäude direkt in der sehr lebendigen Altstadt gelegen.

Very pleasant and well located, albeit small apartment. Excellent choice over a hotel. Owner was very accommodating. TV did not work, nor did the CD player. Shower not accommodating. Balcony should not be advertised with this apartment. Kitchen great and building safe. Would definitely rent with Oh-Barcelona again, but would try another apartment.

The accommodation was very clean, quite comfortable and well-equipped. The contact person was very accommodating! One minor note was that there was noise in the street during the night.

good walking distance to all tourist areas, lovely and clean and owner very friendly.I would stay there again, although terrace a little dissapointing as not really for sitting out on.
