Vraiment rien à redire sur l'appartement. il est en tout point parfait. Très bien équipé de surcroit et tres propre. Idéalement situé, en plein centre de la Ribera, lieu de départ de multiples excursions. Vraiment une adresse à garder!

We(both 48) stayed here with our 16 year-old daughter and can't recommend the accommodation highly enough. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable, ideally situated and far less noisy than might have been expected, given the location. It wasn't made clear to us on arrival that Sunday check-out was AT 11:00, not UP TO 11:00, but, fortunately, this wasn't a problem. Overall, this is excellent value for money and we would definitely return to one of the apartments in this block.

Secure, controlled entrance, felt quite safe. Apartment very clean although loose covers on sofa could be renewed. Full length mirror somewhere in the apartment would be useful. This is second time we\'ve used these apartments and would use them again.

Very cosy flat in a brillant location - no street noise at all. Lots of useful touches and very nice contact people. Would definitely go back. Also it's absolutely fine for chidren.

The accommodation was fantastic, brilliant location and VERY clean and well equiped. The only negative point is that is quite noisy at weekends. After a few glasses of sangria this isn't a problem!!!

Wir waren jetzt zum 4. Mal in dem Appartment und es hat uns wie immer sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, allerdings ist der Lärmpegel von der Straße sehr hoch, aber dafür ist die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro, etc.. liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The apartment is even better than the photos make it look on the website! Really comfortable and has all mod cons, including heating which we needed for the cold nights. The Argenteria St location is a perfect central point for walking around a lot of the Gothic Quarter attractions and is also close to the main shopping areas. We'd come back here again.

Me parecio un excelente apartamento por su precio,muy cuidado en todos sus detalles.Si no le afecta cierta cantidad de ruido proveniente de la acogedora calle peatonal durante las noches de fin de semana,no dude en escojerlo.

Die Wohnung war super und außerordentlich sauber. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Sie lag sehr zentral und man hatte von dort aus alle Möglichkeiten, insbesondere die interessante Altstadt zu erforschen. Der einzige Abstrich hing für uns allerdings genau damit zusammen. Bis spät in die Nacht hinein war viel los in der Straße.

APARTMENT WAS PERFECT FOR OUR STAY. WE WERE MET WITHOUT PROBLEMS BY ANGELA. STREET NOISE WAS NOT A PROBLEM IF WINDOWS WERE CLOSED. APARTMENT WAS CLEAN AND FRESH, GREAT CROSS-VENTILATION. NO NEED FOR AVAILABLE AIR CONDITIONER IN LATE MAY. LOCATION WAS PERFERCT. 3 MINUTES FROM LAS RAMBLAS. 2 MINUTES FROM CATHEDRAL. 1 MINUTE FROM PICASSO. NO COMPLAINTS, HIGHLY RECCOMENDED. WILL RETURN.

appartement très propre et accueillant avec petits détails qui font plaisir comme serviettes ou le sucre et le sel, plantes vertes, un peu juste au niveau de la vaisselle, problème de mauvaises odeurs(venant de l'extérieur)

Wohnung war OK! Die Einrichtungen zum Kochen könnten etwas komfortabler sein. Lage Super, leider etwas laut in der Nacht durch Müllentsorgung, auf der Strasse.

Hervorragende Empfehlung für die zentrale Lage. Leider war das Schlafzimmer sehr laut, aber Warnung war vorher mtgtilt worden.Ausstattung war okay.

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Wäschewechsel einmal in 9 Tagen ist unserer Meinung etwas zu wenig es könnte einmal mehr sein da man bei diesen Temoeraturen doch täglich min einmal duscht.
