Nicole et Jean-Marie ont passés 9 nuits. Vacances très agréables à Barcelone, commencées par un accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire du studio. Studio tout confort et très bien situé où nous avons bénéficié du calme près du centre de la Place de Catalunya. Vacances riches en découvertes proposées par notre hôte.

Appartement très sympa : bien meublé (simplement mais avec beaucoup de goût), fonctionnel, bien placé, extrêmement calme et le top du top c\'est la terrasse privative. Le propriétaire est aussi très sympa, discret et arrangeant.

Für uns zwei war es optimal! An einer Hauptstrasse und trotzdem ruhig, zum Zentrum ein schöner Spaziergang. Die Grösse war perfekt, eingerichtet zum Wohlfühlen und der Besitzer sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Super Lage, besser gehts nicht! Mitten im Zentrum, trotzdem nachts ruhiges Schlafen bei offenem Fenster möglich. Klein aber gut eingerichtet. Netter Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert!

This was a one-room apartment on the top floor (with a lift!) of a house in the Rambla de Catalunya, 3 mins walk from Placa Catalunya. It couldn\'t have been more central and yet was quiet and peaceful with a lovely big roof terrace for sitting out on There were good Tapas bars on the street below and a supermarket 5 mins walk away.My partner and I loved it and had a great week. The owner is French and speaks good english. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our only slight disappointment was the cooking facilities which consisted of one extremely slow electric ring and a small microwave. You could certainly make a salad, but you would not have been able to cook much. Otherwise, the apartment, though small, was lovely.

Philippe went out of his way to make sure that everything in the apartment was convenient and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again or recommend to others.

very nice, very clean appartment with a big terrace. the guy from the appartment is a funny, very helpful person. the place ist perfect: 2 supermarkets are really close and we enjoyed our holiday in bcn and i´ve we come back, well get this appartment again!

The location of the apartment is ideal, the host is very helpful & accommodating (with extremely good English), and the quality and facilities fitted into the small apartment are excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the drainage of the shower; apart from that, everything was wonderful.

Immer wieder gern. Die Wohnung entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung, die Terasse war der super Bonus. Die Lage auf der Rambla Catalunya ist genial,zentraler geht's nicht. Der Vermieter kam uns sehr entgegen und konnte netter nicht sein. Alles in allem die Beste Unterkunft in Barca, wenn man auch mal auf der Terasse über den Dächern chillen will.

Obwohl man das Dach angeblich nicht ganz für sich allein hat, bietet es doch einen sehr schönen Rückzugsraum mit Blick auf die Kamine der Casa Batllo. Die Klimaanlage ist hervorragend. Die Straße ist für Barcelona bis auf das Grundrauschen wirklich ruhig (das Lauteste war ein Schwarm frühaufstehender Möwen), der Vermieter witzig und hilfsbereit. Mit bestem Gewissen zu empfehlen.

Me and my wife spended 9 days during Easter in Barcelona. The apartmen is well planned with spacious bathroom and has a very good location with superb top roof terrace (although it wasn't private). We had great service from the landlord.

Studio très bien situé avec accès direct sur une immense terrasse (toit)quasi-privative. L'immeuble est de qualité. Le studio n'est pas très grand mais confortable et très propre. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, même à une heure tardive. A conseiller.

Die Wohnung liegt in super zentraler aber dennoch ruhiger Lage. Sie bietet alles auf kleinem Raum und das Highlight -die Dachterasse - ist eine Oase für das Frühstück am Morgen oder dem Schlummertrunk am Abend. Der Eigentümer überzeugt mit Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft. Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in Barcelona habe ich jetzt schon das perfekte Apartment gefunden.
